Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Wibutime ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Wibutime mobile application and any associated web pages (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Nature of the Service and Disclaimer

Wibutime is an unofficial, fan-operated application that aggregates and links to anime and donghua episodes hosted by third-party sources. We do not host, own, or upload the video content available through the Service. All trademarks, titles, and copyrighted material remain the property of their respective owners.

Wibutime is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or legality of content hosted on third-party sites that the Service links to. If you are a copyright owner and believe content accessible through the Service infringes your rights, please contact us at admin@wibutime.com with (a) identification of the copyrighted work, (b) the specific location of the content within the Service, and (c) your contact information. We will review the request and remove access to the reported content where appropriate.

Your Account

You must sign in with a Google account to use most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at admin@wibutime.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

When using comments, chat, or any other feature that lets you post content, you agree not to:

- Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or infringes another person's rights, including copyright.
- Use rude, abusive, or insulting language toward other users, or post sexually explicit or otherwise inappropriate content.
- Impersonate Wibutime staff, another user, or any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Spam, flood, or disrupt the Service, or attempt to manipulate features such as giveaways, badges, or Premium status.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service or circumvent any of its security or access controls.

We may remove content that violates these Terms and ban the account that posted it, with or without prior notice. A ban can last for a limited time (for example 1, 7, or 30 days) or be permanent, depending on how serious the violation is. A banned account cannot use the Service while the ban lasts, and the reason and length of the ban are shown when you open the app or sign in. You can report content from the app (touch and hold a chat message, or use the menu on a comment), and you can contact us at admin@wibutime.com if you believe a ban was a mistake.

License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Wibutime app on a device you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.

Premium Features

The Service may offer optional cosmetic and convenience features to eligible users ("Premium"), granted at our discretion. The Service does not currently sell any goods, digital content, or subscriptions through the app; any change to this will be reflected in an updated version of these Terms before it takes effect.

Content You Submit

You retain ownership of the comments, chat messages, and other content you post ("User Content"), but you grant Wibutime a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute your User Content as part of operating the Service. You are solely responsible for your User Content and confirm you have the right to post it.

Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party infrastructure, including Google Firebase, Supabase, Cloudflare, and Google AdMob, and may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for these third parties' content, availability, or practices.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wibutime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including damages related to third-party content accessed through the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app and, if you wish, requesting deletion of your account as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will first be addressed through informal resolution by contacting admin@wibutime.com; if unresolved, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
