Delete Your Wibutime Account

This page explains how to ask Wibutime, the developer of the Wibutime app (package com.wibutime.app), to delete your account and the personal data linked to it.

How to request deletion

In the app: open Settings > Content & Privacy > Delete Account, tap the button twice, and send the email that opens. It is addressed to admin@wibutime.com and already contains your account details.

By email: write to admin@wibutime.com from the email address of the Google account you use in Wibutime, with the subject "Account deletion request". If you can no longer open the app, writing from your Google account's email address is enough.

What we delete

- Your profile: name, photo, email address, and level/experience points.
- Your watch history and favorites list.
- Your push-notification token and notification settings.
- Your badges, relationships with other users, and episode reactions.
- Your Premium record, if you had one.

What we keep

- Comments and chat messages you posted stay visible but are anonymized: your name and photo are removed.
- Records we must keep to comply with the law, for as long as the law requires.
- Data processed by Google (Firebase sign-in, AdMob advertising) is governed by Google's own policies and privacy controls. You can reset your advertising ID in your device settings.

How long it takes

We delete or anonymize your data within 30 days after we receive your request, and we confirm by email when it is done. A deleted account cannot be restored. You can create a new account at any time by signing in with Google again.
